## What we’re developing

Initial prototypes have been tested. The functions outlined below are being integrated and tested in stages and reflect the planned scope of the complete system.

## Detect Emergencies

IQTECT detects falls and unusual inactivity and automatically triggers an alarm. The system can learn typical movement patterns from daily work routines and take them into account when evaluating multiple sensor signals. This makes it easier to distinguish critical events from normal work movements and to request help when the affected person is no longer able to do so themselves.

The SOS button can be used to manually request help at any time, such as in a threatening situation.

The platform records alerts, warnings, accepted calls for help and escalations in a clear timeline—showing who was notified, when and how they responded.

Location information is available during emergencies or on request, where needed for team coordination.

## Tailored to your operations

Name work areas and equipment, define hazard zones and choose who receives proximity warnings. Configure roles and permissions to match your organization and train devices for your workflows. During use, they learn local positioning signals and typical movement patterns.

Named areas can also serve as reference points for location-based workflows.

## Indoor Location Tracking Without GPS

IQTECT provides location tracking even where GPS is unavailable, without the need to install additional tracking infrastructure. Our system learns local positional features and links them to named work areas and equipment. A position thus becomes a familiar location within the facility: “Hall 4, Vacuum Pump 25, Inspection Corridor T3.” There is no need to import a detailed digital floor plan for this.

The IQTEMO platform automatically alerts suitable responders based on the type of emergency, proximity, role and availability. Everyone receives details of the incident, the people affected and others alerted. They can see who has accepted the call for help, allowing a response across existing team boundaries.

If too few people are available or no one responds, the system can automatically alert designated external contacts. A control center is optional and can be integrated.
